As a Qualified Social Worker in our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify their needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups in line with statutory requirements.
- Providing support and guidance to families, helping them access necessary resources and services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A valid Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and referral processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
