We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Richmond & Wandsworth. You will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality support and interventions that promote recovery and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of service users. Developing and implementing person-centered care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support, advocacy, and guidance to individuals navigating mental health services. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Essential qualifications and skills required for this role include:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
