The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in children and families social work, including knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
