As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that the best interests of children are prioritized in all interventions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and timely case records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in child protection and family support. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
