Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their needs and goals. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Providing therapeutic interventions that support daily living skills, social participation, and mental health recovery. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative and client-centered interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and professionals.
