We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Locality Team in North Lincolnshire. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, risks, and strengths.
  • Developing and implementing person-centered care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are upheld.
  • Working closely with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and facilitate effective interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national standards.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within a locality team setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing complex cases.
