As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the welfare and development of children with disabilities, advocating for their rights and enhancing their quality of life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with families, ensuring the best outcomes for children. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate available resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic planning to improve service delivery.

To be considered for this rewarding position, you must possess:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, specifically with children with disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
