The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection, preferably within a MASH setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities to assess complex situations.
