As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to safeguard individuals at risk.
  • Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers.
  • Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with safeguarding policies.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
