As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of vulnerable adults. Developing and implementing tailored care plans to ensure the well-being of clients. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to safeguard individuals at risk. Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers. Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with safeguarding policies.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
