We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our dynamic Children & Families Team in Glos. You will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children, and working collaboratively with families to promote positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, fostering resilience and independence. Participating in multi-agency meetings and collaborating with external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local authority policies.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England (SWE). Experience in child protection and working with families in a social work setting. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and multi-agency environments. Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
