Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to inter-agency collaboration.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England (SWE). Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a thorough understanding of child protection legislation.
