Join our dedicated Multi-disciplinary Team in Brighton and Hove as an Adult's Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of adults within our community. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs and risks.
  • Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users and their families.
  • Providing support and guidance to service users, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in adult social care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
