Join our dedicated team in Cheshire East (Macclesfield) as a Qualified Social Worker in the Adult Front Line Team. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to support vulnerable adults and their families, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in promoting independence and safeguarding the wellbeing of individuals within the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of adults and their families. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual circumstances. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic support. Providing ongoing support and guidance to service users, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly in frontline settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
