We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Cheshire East. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to adults, helping them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each client's unique needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, emotional, and social needs. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that promote functional independence. Providing therapeutic interventions and evaluating their effectiveness. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care. Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
