We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Urgent & Emergency Care Team in Mid & South Notts. Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify individual and family needs.

  • Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing emergencies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in social work, particularly within urgent and emergency care settings.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
