Join our dedicated team as a Children's Social Worker in the Court and Children in Care (CIC) Team in Northamptonshire. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within a statutory children's social work environment, particularly in court and CIC settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
