We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Response & Rehabilitation Team in the vibrant boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth. This pivotal role requires a compassionate professional who can effectively support individuals and families in crisis, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and guidance to navigate complex situations. As a Senior Social Worker, you will lead assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of client needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans.
  • Providing direct support and guidance to clients and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant social work field.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in supervision and leadership within a social work context.
