Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of adult clients to identify their needs and risks.

  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in adult social care, particularly within a duty and assessment context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
