As a Named Order Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and adults, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are protected.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Undertake assessments of individuals' needs and risks, developing and implementing care plans.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support to service users.
• Participate in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings, providing expert evidence and recommendations.
• Monitor and review the progress of service users, advocating for their best interests and ensuring their voices are heard.

Essential qualifications and skills:

• Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable children and adults, particularly in a statutory setting.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
