  • Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sound knowledge of mental health legislation and best practice guidelines.
