We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Swindon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults experiencing mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute to the development of care plans, assessments, and interventions that promote wellbeing and support individuals in achieving their personal goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and risks. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and intervention to individuals and their families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local policies and legal requirements. Participating in team meetings and case reviews to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
