Children's AP - Assessment Team - Lincolnshire
Join our dedicated Children's Assessment Team in Lincolnshire as an Assistant Practitioner (AP) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work closely with social workers and other professionals to assess the needs of children and provide support to families in crisis.
