The City of Westminster is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and various stakeholders to promote recovery and enhance the quality of life for those in need.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of service users. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that promote independence and recovery. Providing ongoing support and intervention, ensuring service users receive appropriate services. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective care delivery. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult mental health social work, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service users. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
