We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Mental Health Team in Westminster. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of social workers, ensuring high-quality support and intervention for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans for clients with mental health needs. Providing supervision and support to junior team members, fostering professional development and best practices. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community organizations, to deliver coordinated care. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and making necessary adjustments to care plans. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures while promoting safeguarding practices.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England or an equivalent regulatory body. Extensive experience in mental health social work, including knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
