To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with service users and stakeholders.
