To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience in working with children and families, particularly in early help or preventative services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
