We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Dudley. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to adults experiencing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that individuals receive the appropriate resources and services to enhance their quality of life and promote recovery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of needs and risks for clients with mental health issues.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
