We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fostering Assessing Social Worker to join our team in Dudley. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Assessment team in Dudley. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support to children and families in need.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and risks of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Providing direct support and interventions to children and families to promote their well-being and safety. Participating in case conferences, court hearings, and reviews as required. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with current registration with the HCPC. Prior experience working in a similar role within a Children's Services setting.
