We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team in Salford for a fixed-term position of 6-12 months. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality support to adults in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
