- Maintaining accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with local and national policies.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working within adult social care, preferably in a community setting.
