  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within children's social services, particularly in fostering or adoption.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
