The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in child protection or children’s social work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a diverse caseload.
