In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the safety and well-being of children while promoting family resilience and empowerment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the needs of children and families. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support services. Building strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals to facilitate comprehensive support. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions. Documenting case progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England (SWE). Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
