As a Social Worker in our Mental Health Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of individuals. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and intervention to promote mental health recovery and independence. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care. Advocating for service users' rights and access to appropriate services and resources.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working in mental health settings is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
