We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Social Worker to provide essential support and interventions to adults experiencing mental health issues. Key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and multi-disciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support, advocacy, and guidance to clients and their families. Facilitating access to community resources, services, and support networks. Monitoring and reviewing clients' progress and adjusting care plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings. Strong understanding of mental health legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and professionals.
