Join our dedicated Children's SW - FAST Team in North Yorkshire, where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children and families. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services, ensuring the well-being and protection of children in our community. Your expertise will be essential in assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions that promote positive outcomes for children and their families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care and support plans. Working closely with families, schools, and other agencies to provide holistic support. Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participating in case conferences and multi-agency meetings to advocate for children's best interests.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
