Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely interventions and support. Participating in child protection conferences and court proceedings as required. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legislation and policy.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
