To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in child protection.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child protection.
