  • Advocating for the rights and needs of children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
  • Providing support and guidance to foster carers and adoptive families.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children in care or in similar settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
