  • A recognised social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
