We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work - CSW Team in Worcestershire. Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring that children are safe and well-cared for. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements and local policies. Attending court hearings and presenting evidence as required. Participating in multi-agency meetings and collaborating with other services to provide holistic support.Essential qualifications and skills for this role include:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
