As a Social Worker in the CP/CIN Team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to safeguard children. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance practice and share knowledge.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within Child Protection and Children in Need frameworks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
