We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our mental health team in Swindon. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support and intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments to determine the needs of service users Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the service user and multidisciplinary team Providing therapeutic interventions and support to promote mental well-being Advocating for service users to ensure their rights and needs are met Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and adjust support as needed

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Experience working in a mental health setting and knowledge of relevant legislation Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to promoting social justice
