We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Mental Health team in Swindon. This role is vital in providing high-quality support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. As a qualified social worker, you will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver tailored care and interventions that promote recovery and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and strengths. Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Facilitating access to appropriate resources and services, including housing, employment, and community support. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working in mental health settings, with a strong understanding of mental health legislation and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
