In this position, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and work collaboratively with families to ensure the safety and well-being of children. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying risks and providing appropriate interventions to promote positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure compliance with care plans and statutory requirements. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to facilitate effective service delivery.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
