To be considered for this role, you must hold a recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. You should have a solid understanding of child protection legislation and frameworks, alongside a proven track record of working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team and manage a diverse caseload.
