We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s Social Care - CIC Team in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families within our community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload of children in care, ensuring regular reviews and updates on their progress. Working closely with schools, health services, and other agencies to provide holistic support.
