We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work - DC Team in Swindon. Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support. Providing direct support and guidance to children and families in crisis. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legislation and policy.The successful candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in children's social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external agencies.
