We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - OPMH Team in Middlesbrough. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and their families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
