The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and family safeguarding.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with families.
