Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Child Protection and Locality Team. - Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A relevant social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
- Excellent assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills.
