Join our dedicated Adults Safeguarding Team in Lincolnshire as a Safeguarding Practitioner, where you will play a crucial role in protecting vulnerable adults and ensuring their well-being. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing risks, implementing safeguarding plans, and collaborating with other professionals to promote safe environments. Your expertise will contribute to improving the lives of those in our community who need it most.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of individuals at risk and developing tailored safeguarding plans. Working closely with statutory and voluntary agencies to coordinate safeguarding interventions. Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation and policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
